Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members on ng99 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,200.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times — calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses may only be used on games designated on the platform.
- Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless ng99 explicitly permits it.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly after being received — wagering requirements must be met first.
- Fraudulent or manipulative use of bonuses may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.

- Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.

- Gold: Up to 1.1% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.
5.2 Tier Changes
Users can advance to a higher VIP level through regular gameplay. Levels may be reviewed if activity decreases. ng99 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms or suspend the program at any time.
5.3 Cashback Settlement
